Our AMC Service Packages

Dock & Door service agreement provides effective, safe, and long-term operations at all of the facilities covered by the agreement. Our planned maintenance plans not only prolong the life of your equipment, but can also lower your annual maintenance costs, help identify potential problems before equipment failure, and limit exposure to major safety issues. We have 3 types of packages: Fully Comprehensive, Semi comprehensive and Non Comprehensive contracts. We can provide tailor made Annual maintenance contacts as per your product requirement and your budget as below.

Fully comprehensive Contract

A Fully Comprehensive contract combines callbacks coverage with regular preventive maintenance visits and automatic replacements of consumable items. This type of contract is ideal for new installations and is designed to complement, with minimal duplication, your original manufacturer’s warranty.

Semi Comprehensive Contract

A semi comprehensive fixed price generally provides for fixed prices for the delivery of elements of the service (usually reactive in nature) where the scope and scale of the activities can be reasonably predicted/controlled by the supplier up to a defined financial threshold.

Non-Comprehensive Contract (Standard Contract provided)

The cost of spare parts replacement must be borne by the customer. This usually means only service. In Non-Comprehensive AMC it is only maintenance without hardware parts warranty.
